Oklahoma law requires that Real Estate Brokerages and their Agents treat both Buyers and Sellers of Real Estate with honesty and exercise reasonable skill and care in all Real Estate transactions. It also allows Real Estate Brokerages and their Agents to provide Real Estate services to both a Buyer and a Seller in the same transaction as long as both parties are given written notice of the same.

As a Buyer, you can even enter into a Buyer Broker Service Agreement with us or any other Real Estate Brokerage if you so choose.
